What It Means to Be a Discount Partner
Joining Baylor Waco Perks means your business will be part of a network connecting Baylor students, faculty, and staff with local favorites across Waco. By completing the form below, you can offer exclusive discounts or specials that encourage engagement with your business while supporting the Baylor and Waco community.
Guidelines for Discount Partners
Deals must be exclusive to Baylor Waco Perks and cannot be part of your existing promotions.
Offers must be available to anyone with a physical or virtual Baylor ID.
Discounts should be valid for at least one year. They will remain listed until you request removal.
We recommend tracking the use of your deal and providing feedback when we reach out. We want this program to be as beneficial for your business as it is for the Baylor community.
Make sure all staff are aware of the program and honor the discount consistently. Businesses found frequently not honoring their deals may be removed.
What to Expect After Submitting the Form
Our team will review your information and add your business to the Waco Perks directory.
A welcome packet, including a window sticker, will be mailed to the address you provide.
- Once your business is listed, we encourage you to share and promote your discount with staff and customers.

Enrollment, Eligibility & Requirements
Any business with a storefront within the City of Waco or McLennan county may offer a discount or deal through the Waco Perks program. We reserve the right to refuse to promote an offering or organization if it conflicts with the University's core values.
Providers must complete our online enrollment form to participate in the program.
We ask that providers offer their discount for at least one calendar year. After that, your business will remain in the program unless you request removal.
No. Providers will continue to be enrolled after the required calendar year passes. Notify Baylor External Affairs at External_Affairs@baylor.edu if you wish to discontinue your discount following one year.
Procedures
A provider must require faculty, staff, and students to present their physical or virtual Baylor ID when redeeming a discount or deal. If the discount or deal is redeemable online, it is up to the provider to verify affiliation through a discount code or another mechanism of their choosing.
If you need to update your discount, please email External Affairs at external_affairs@baylor.edu. Providers should notify External Affairs promptly about any changes to their discounted offerings.
