Joining Baylor Waco Perks means your business will be part of a network connecting Baylor students, faculty, and staff with local favorites across Waco. By completing the form below, you can offer exclusive discounts or specials that encourage engagement with your business while supporting the Baylor and Waco community.
Guidelines for Discount Partners
Deals must be exclusive to Baylor Waco Perks and cannot be part of your existing promotions.
Offers must be available to anyone with a physical or virtual Baylor ID.
Discounts should be valid for at least one year. They will remain listed until you request removal.
We recommend tracking the use of your deal and providing feedback when we reach out. We want this program to be as beneficial for your business as it is for the Baylor community.
Make sure all staff are aware of the program and honor the discount consistently. Businesses found frequently not honoring their deals may be removed.
Participating businesses and program participants are expected to uphold Baylor University's mission, vision, and values and use the program as intended. Baylor University reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove participation in Baylor Waco Perks at its sole discretion.
What to Expect After Submitting the Form
Our team will review your information and, if approved, add your business to the Waco Perks directory.
A welcome packet, including a window sticker, will be mailed to the address you provide.
- Once your business is listed, we encourage you to share and promote your discount with staff and customers.

Enrollment, Eligibility & Requirements
Any business with a storefront within the City of Waco or McLennan County may apply to offer a discount or deal through the Waco Perks program.
Participating businesses and program users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Baylor’s mission and values as a private Christian research 1 university and to follow any applicable university policies and procedures. Baylor University may at any time, and in its sole discretion, approve, deny, suspend, or remove businesses from the Baylor Waco Perks program.
Providers must complete our online enrollment form to apply for participation in the program.
No. Baylor Waco Perks is designed to bring Baylor and Waco closer together by encouraging students, faculty, and staff to explore local businesses. Businesses may offer one discount for everyone or different discounts for different Baylor audiences (for example, one for faculty and staff and another for students). Regardless of how your offers are structured, your participation must include students, faculty, and staff.
Please note that these deals should be exclusive to the Baylor community and not simply a promotion of existing specials.
We ask that providers offer their discount for at least one calendar year. After that, your business will remain in the program unless you request removal.
No. Providers will continue to be enrolled after the required calendar year passes. Notify Baylor External Affairs at External_Affairs@baylor.edu if you wish to discontinue your discount following one year.
Procedures
A provider must require faculty, staff, and students to present their physical or virtual Baylor ID when redeeming a discount or deal. If the discount or deal is redeemable online, it is up to the provider to verify affiliation through a discount code or another mechanism of their choosing.
If you need to update your discount, please email Baylor Community Relations at community_relations@baylor.edu. Providers should notify the Community Relations office promptly about any changes to their discounted offerings.
